Multiline Technology offers a complete line of post etch punches to match the needs of every Multilayer manufacturer. The common denominator in all of these inner-layer punches is precision tooling. All Multiline Post Etch Punches are built on a four post die set which assures the perfect alignment of punch and die. This type of construction is the only acceptable method of building precision tooling which must remain accurate in a production atmosphere. Other methods are easier and cheaper to build but require difficult maintenance to keep their accuracy in the long term. Multiline design and construction not only offers the best accuracy and repeatability but insures that it will remain that way for years of production.
Multiline Post Etch Punches have long been considered the standard in the industry. They have continually evolved since the first OPE was developed and patented in the early 1980's. All Multiline punch technology is based on the sound tool and die principles that Multiline (originally Lenkeit Machine and Tool Company) has been using since its inception in 1936.
When selecting a post etch punch consideration should be given to through put, tooling configuration, number of cameras and of course price. Multiline will help you choose the right punch for your present and future registration needs.
