The Multiframe is a complete drawer replacement frame with interchangeable glass that easily adapts to existing exposure units. This unit can be utilized for imaging of innerlayers and outerlayers as well as soldermask. Achieve the utmost in glass to glass repeatability +/- 0.0004 (+/- 10um). This accuracy is derived from a three point centerline alignment system. Precision top to bottom film registration is acheived by registering the floating top glass to the bottom glass. Three precision pins self align to machined slotted guides in the base frame. As a result of listening to what the customer requirements were the Multiframe was developed around certain criteria which would provide fast setup, high thruput and precise accuracy. It’s innovative design gives the highest accuracy in front to back registration for photo imaging for double sided PWB’s and/or multilayers. The Multiframe has a unique 3-point Centerline Alignment system. Precision top to bottom film registration is acheived by registering the floating top glass to the bottom glass. Spring Loaded Pnuematically Retractable Pin System Our Unique patented pnuematically retractable pinning system design allows for quick and easy panel placement and removal. This system eliminates boards from the pins. Prying or the use of tools, can cause glass and film damage. All types of registration tooling pins are available.

Clean Room Environment Multiline uses clean room safe bearings that prevent unwanted metal shavings in a clean room environment. The counterbalance system is also clean room safe.

UV Resistent Gasket This new gasket is UV resistant and can handle panel thickness from 0.000" to 0.157" (4mm). Multiline's special gasket has a hollow triangular design that lasts onger that typical glass frame gaskets. The major advantage is that it compresses less, which prevemts it from taking a set, thereby providing longer life.
