Accurate, Dependable Artwork To Meet Your Specific Registration Demands

quality registration system begins with the ability to accurately punch imaged artwork. With the added capability of printed circuit board manufacturers to plot first generation artwork, tooling the artwork in relationship to the image now has a significant advantage in registration. Plotter pinning tolerance is eliminated and dimensional instability in the film is accounted for because the artwork is punched after imaging and developing.

The artwork punch should have the flexibility to be used for innerlayer and outerlayer artwork registration. All of the Multiline models from completely automatic to manual are offered with either 4 slot, 4 slot with edge tooling, tooling slots along two edges ("L" configuration) or custom designed to fit a present tooling need. Adjustability and maintainability are designed into each machine.

Automatic Post Image Artwork Punch

The most advanced artwork punching system on the market, incorporating a computer driven vision system with a precision "X", "Y" positioning vacuum table and extremely accurate tooling. Artwork is automatically located under the cameras and the correct location is determined before punching.

Semi-Automatic Post Image Artwork Punch

This system is designed to allow the operator to manually but accurately position the artwork under the cameras. A computer vision system assists the operator in making perfect split of any artwork growth or shrinkage tolerances before punching.

Manual Post Image Artwork Punch

A cost effective alternative which relies on the operator to position the artwork, determine the correct alignment, and punch. Although operator dependent, the unit provides the necessary tools to do it accurately.
