Stacker/Interleaver is a revolutionary product aimed at cost sensitive
manufacturers looking to automate. This space-saving interleaver has made
a bid impression on our customers not only because of its low price and
labor savings, but because of its small dimensions. This high performance
stacker interleaves innerlayers and interleave material into either carts,
totes or a conveyor.
The
slipsheet material is stacked on an automatically adjusting elevator table
and is picked up by a linear motor and dual suction cups and placed in
the tote, over the last innerlayer.
An
operator control panel with a 2 line, 20 character per line LCD is provided,
which includes a panel counter allowing panel count down and shut-off.
Step through automatic setup instructions and diagnostics are included
in the control panel.
This
Stacker attaches to the
